These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joya9 platform and all its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

joya9 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. It is each user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using the site.

2 Account Registration

  • Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
  • If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.
  • An account is for personal use only — it may not be used on behalf of a third party or made available to a third party.
  • Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

joya9 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Required documents may include a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document.

3 Age Verification and Identity

The minimum age to open an account and use any service at joya9 is 21 years. Gambling or betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction: No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use services at joya9. Registering with a false age is a violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
  • At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older.
  • In cases of doubt, joya9 may request proof of age documents.
  • joya9 uses parental control tools and technology to protect minors.

4 Account Use and Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and make sure to log out after logging in.

4.1 Account Security

  • Login credentials (username and password) must never be shared with a third party.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify joya9 support immediately.
  • Personal information may only be changed through account settings or via support.
  • Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended.

4.2 User Responsibilities

All transactions and betting activities carried out on an account are considered to be conducted at the user's own responsibility. joya9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from use of an account by a third party, unless it is due to joya9's direct negligence.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

joya9 accepts established Bangladeshi payment methods to process financial transactions securely and quickly.

5.1 Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — the same for all payment methods.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
  • Deposited funds are only accepted from the account holder's own payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
  • It is advisable to request a withdrawal using the same method used for the deposit.
Please Note: To prevent money laundering, joya9 reserves the right to review any suspicious transaction. Meeting wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

joya9 offers a welcome bonus for new members and VIP cashback benefits for regular members. The specific conditions for using bonuses must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times to qualify for withdrawal.
  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit gets a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000 — wagering required: ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
  • The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

6.2 VIP Cashback

The joya9 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — 0.5%; Gold — 0.7%; Platinum — 1.0%; Diamond — 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

Important Bonus Information: A bonus is not guaranteed money — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met. joya9 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.3 Bonus Misuse

  • Attempting to earn artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus fraud is detected, the account may be closed.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities at joya9 are conducted under the following rules. Users are required to follow these rules.

7.1 Betting Rules

  • A bet once placed cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
  • In cases where odds or results are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, joya9 reserves the right to apply the correct odds or cancel the bet.
  • Any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be considered void.
  • If an attempt to take advantage of match fixing or other illegal activities is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

7.2 Casino Gaming

  • The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If the internet connection is lost mid-game, the result will apply after the round in progress has been completed.
  • If a result cannot be determined due to a technical issue in a game, the bet will be refunded.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

joya9 reserves the right to investigate any betting or gaming activity that appears to be operating against the system or other players, and to suspend the account if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

joya9 believes that gaming should always be for entertainment purposes. We are committed to keeping users protected against problem gambling.

  • Users can set their own limits on deposits, betting, or session time.
  • Self-exclusion can be activated at any time.
  • If signs of problem gambling appear, the support team is ready to help.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya9 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.

9.1 Financial Irregularities

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Taking advantage of chargeback fraud or false refund claims.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Conducting transactions through another person's account.

9.2 System Violations

  • Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
  • Any attempt to hack or manipulate game or odds systems.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location.

9.3 Social Conduct

  • Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users or staff.
  • Spreading false information or misleading comments about joya9.
Warning: For any of the above violations, joya9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account and take legal action.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

joya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

10.1 Closure by joya9

  • For violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • For fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • If inconsistencies are found during age or identity verification.
  • If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Closed by the User

Any user may contact the support team at any time to close their account. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11 Data Protection
